On Wednesday, the BCCI issued an order and imposed a two-year ban on sports journalist Boria Majumdar.
On Wednesday, the BCCI wrote a letter to all state associations and other clubs informing them that Boria Majumdar has been banned from all cricket events in India.
This means Boria Majumdar will not be able to cover any domestic or international matches in India. Nor will he be able to be part of a press conference.
According to the BCCI order, he will not be able to keep contact with any player for the next two years. Nor will he have any connection with any Cricket Association or club associated with BCCI.
