South superstar Yash's film KGF-2 is constantly breaking records at the box office. Now KGF - 2 has done world wide business of around Rs 1100 crore in three weeks i.e. 21 days.
Not only this, the Hindi version of the film has also taken many records with a gross of about 400 crores.
KGF - 2 has also become the third highest grossing film in Hindi, surpassing Aamir Khan's lifetime business of Dangal.
According to reports, made in a budget of Rs 100 crore, KGF-2 made a world wide gross box office collection of Rs 16 crore on the seventh day of the third week i.e. on the 21st day (Wednesday).
Before the film by the third week of the sixth day 30.67 million, the fifth day 9.24 million, the fourth day 29.79 million, the third day 24.30 million, the second day 12.42 million and the first day 15.28 crore business was done.
At the same time, the film had a business of Rs 223.51 crore in the second week and Rs 720.31 crore in the first week.
According to this, the film has collected a world wide gross box office collection of about Rs 1100 crore in three weeks i.e. 21 days so far.
At the same time, KGF-2 has become the fourth highest grossing Indian film worldwide, behind Aamir Khan's Secret Superstar (966.86 crores) and Salman Khan's Bajrangi Bhaijaan (969.06 crores).
Apart from this, KGF-2 (912 crores) has also become the second highest grossing film after Baahubali-2 at the Indian box office, surpassing SS Rajamouli'S RRR.
Taran Adarsh said that the Hindi version of KGF-2 earned Rs 8.75 on the seventh day of the third week in India, i.e. on the 21st day.
Before the film's Hindi version by the third week of the sixth day 9.57 million, the fifth day 3.75 million, the fourth day 9.27 million, the third day 7.25 million, the second day 4.25 million and the first day 5.68 crore business was done.
At the same time, the film had a business of 98.01 crore in the second week and Rs 255.05 crore in the first week.
According to this, the Hindi version of the film has grossed more than Rs 391.65 crore in three weeks i.e. 21 days so far.
Along with this, KGF-2 has also become the second highest grossing film in Hindi, surpassing Aamir Khan's Dangal (387.38 crore) lifetime business.
The film will soon join the 400 crore club as well. Taran hopes that KGF - 2 will also become the first film after Prabhas 'Baahubali-2 (511 crore) to cross the 500 crore mark in Hindi.
Meanwhile, news is coming that the deal for OTT rights of KGF-2 has been in a record price.
It is being reported that the makers have sold the OTT rights of the film to the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video for about Rs 320 crore.
The film will be streamed on the OTT platform from 27 May 2022 in five languages Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam.
However, no official announcement has been made about this from the OTT platform and makers.
In addition to Yash i.e. Rocky Bhai, Sanjay Dutt, Srinidhi Shetty, Prakash Raj and Raveena Tandon are also seen in the lead role in this film made in the direction of Prashant Neel.
The film was released in cinemas on 14 April 2022 in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam language.
