in the advertising, Landomus Group Chairman Pradeep Kumar Satyaprakash said, "Landomus Realty Ventures Inc., USA, would like to invest USD 500 billion in equity as the first phase of the USD 2 trillion investment under Build India into the National Infrastructure Pipeline (NIP) and Non-NIP projects identified by the Government of India under the India Investment Grid for the 'Invest India' initiative."
The NIP was announced by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in December 2019. According to the NIP, the government plans to spend Rs 111 lakh crore in infrastructure between FY20 and FY25. The number of projects under the NIP was increased to 7,400 from 6,835 during the Union Budget 2021.
Landomus realty seeks to assist buyers and entrepreneurs in the execution of NIP and non-NIP schemes.
